Wine dinner? How about Bubbles Brunch? French roots and American dreams come together in the glass for Méthode Champenois sparkling wine from New Mexico.
Join us for four exciting sparkling wines featuring not one, but two Brut Sauvage (no dosage; very dry low sugar content) wines and a selection of juices for the mimosa inclined. Brunch will be family-style breakfast foods, but don’t forget to try the fried chicken n’ waffles with your extra dry bubbles!
